Approved Minutes from Monthly POA Board Meetings

The Summit Wood Property Owners Association Board meetings monthly on the second Tuesday of each month. Our Secretary takes detailed notes of the meetings, and those minutes are voted on for edits and/or approval at the following monthly meeting. Once the minutes are approved, they will be posted here. All board meetings are open for any member of the association to attend.
