Please find in the documents below the current restrictions and by-laws pertaining to our lovely neighborhood. The amended restrictions are the most up to date restrictions on file with the Jackson County Recorder of Deeds. If you have further questions reguarding the restrictions or by-laws, please feel free to email the board or fill out the form on our contact page via this website.  Please note: prior to making any improvements to your home, including changing the paint color on the outside of your home, building a fence, etc, you must have prior approval by the Architectural Review Committee. The form needed for approval can be found below. To expedite your request, please be as detailed as possible when filling out the form. After you submit your form, a member of the Architectural Review Committee will be in contact with you as soon as possible to discuss your project further.
