IMPORTANT POOL UPDATE:
Starting in the 2025 pool season, there will be a new method for accessing the pool.
Your old access cards will NO LONGER work.
All HOA members who are current on their dues will be able to access the pool using an app on their smartphones. Be on the lookout for more information to come about gaining access to this app prior to the start of pool season (expected end of May).

POOL RULES
​
Hours of Operation: 9AM- 9:30PM Daily

Appropriate swimwear must be worn. NO denim shorts, cutoffs, or thong swimwear

Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by someone 16 years or older

NO smoking
-
NO gum
-
NO GLASS! - Per Health Dept. - if any evidence of glass is found within pool area (even in the trash) the pool must be drained, which will result in pool closing for nearly a week!!

NO pets
-
NO diving
-
NO running
-
NO alcoholic beverage containers allowed.

NO food IN pool
-
Horseplay will not be tolerated

Any diaper age children must wear swim diapers

Swimming is not allowed during inclement weather

Anyone with open sores or cuts, or any contagious disease shall not be admitted into the pool area. This includes colds, fevers, ringworm, foot infections, or any condition, which has the appearance of being infectious

NO scooters, bicycles, skateboards, or roller blades are allowed in or around the pool area
GENERAL: This is a private pool. The Association assumes no liability for any personal injury, loss of property, or damage to property. Please help keep the pool area tidy so that everyone may enjoy it. Anyone who consistently shows disregard for the preceding rules will be asked to leave the pool area. A zero tolerance policy will be strictly enforced on all guests. THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AMEND THE ABOVE RULES AS DEEMED NECESSARY FOR THE HEALTH, SAFETY, AND ENJOYMENT OF ALL HOMEOWNERS. Violation by members will result in loss of pool usage. Please do your best to help enforce the pool rules.
