Opening:

Meeting began at 7:03pm

Attendance includes: Jessie Hayles, Steve Chess, Vanessa King, Dave Reyburn, Don Roberts, Paul Brooks

Guests:

Approval of Minutes:

Paul motion to approve, Dave seconds. Minutes approved.

Administrator Report:

Discussion regarding 7734 Teal and 7730 Teal homes, auctioned vs foreclosures.

Vanessa has updated historical board members.

Currently 3 open positions as Crystal Page has resigned.

Treasurer:

Secretary of State check was returned, already paid. Lori to void check. See full report

Money Market Acct as of 9/30 $22,552.51

Total $36,316.40

Pool expenses are $5000 under budget – would like to have hydraulic gate closure installed this year, while budget allows.

Pool:

Steve got bid from Swim Things for cement repair around the pool, bid $27,000 for approx 1/3 of the pool deck. Awaiting bid from Elite.

Jessie spoke with Rocky from Elite inquiring about salt water pool system. Sounds like quite an expense, not financially beneficial.

Landscaping:

Steve pulled weeds to help clean up monuments.

Architectural Review Committee:

Don – Per attorneys’ input, we cannot stop neighbors from installing solar panels because this issue is not directly addressed in our by-laws/restrictions. We cannot restrict unless it would negatively impact property value.
