Opening:

Meeting began at 7:05pm

Attendance includes: Vanessa King, Lori Meadors, Steve Chess, Doug McCrary, Jessie Hayles, Sandy Landau

Approval of Minutes:

Approved August minutes. Doug motion, Steve seconds.

Administrator/Treasurer Report:

See financial report discussed

Account totals $56081.54

End of year President and Vice President positions will be open. Doug will not continue as board member.

Annual letter discussed, approved to be sent out tomorrow.

Pool:

Need to have water shut off – Mike Marra

Remove toilet/drinking fountain – Century Plumbing

Finish tile work for this season – Elite Pool

Fence has been stained

Landscaping:

No updates.

Architectural Review Committee:

Letter sent to two properties re: maintenance items.
